A Sichuan grilled fish shop has opened up on the former grounds of 13 Stages at Guoco Tower (1 Wallich Street #B2-30, 6908-6866). From what I can make out, this is a chain from China called Xiaoyufu that goes by the English names Small Fish in Malaysia and Little Fisher here in Singapore. Either way, they do single-servings of grilled fish at pretty low prices. Mine was decently spicy enough to finish, even if the fish was broken apart into pieces. They also do mala xiangguo here.
